Warranty Terms
1.1 Konig Way Sdn. Bhd. warrants that the water purifier supplied is free from defects in materials and workmanship under the normal use for a period of the water purifiers from the date of installation ("Warranty Period").
1.2 The warranty covers the repair or replacement of parts that prove to be defective during the Warranty Period, at the sole discretion of the Manufacturer.
1.3 [FOR OUTDOOR FILTER SYSTEM] The warranty only covers the water supply fro the household water meter which supply from Malaysia National Water Authority such as: SYABAS, SAJ, RANHILL, LUAS, SAMB and etc.
2. Exclusions and Limitations
2.1 This warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions resulting from:
a) Misuse, negligence, or improper installation of the Product.
b) Use of the Product for purposes other than intended domestic water purification.
c) Failure to comply with the Product's operating instructions and maintenance guidelines.
d) Repairs of modifications performed by unauthorised personnel other than Konigway officials
e) External causes such as power surges, accidents, or natural disasters.
f) Normal wear and tear, discolouration, or minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the Product's functionality
2.2 The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Product, including but not limited to property damage, loss of data, or economic losses.
2.3 Product Warranty is only cover on product, other than itself, Konig Way Sdn Bhd is not obligated to compensate any losses on customer asset.
3. Warranty Claim Process
3.1 To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:
a) Contact the Manufacturer’s customer support team through the provided channels within the Warranty Period.
b) Provide the original proof of purchase invoice, clearly indicating the date of purchase, Product model, and seller’s details.
c) Describe the issue or defect in detail, along with any relevant supporting documentation or photographs, as requested by the Manufacturer.
3.2 The Manufacturer may, at its discretion, require the customer to return the defective Product for inspection or request video evidence to assess the issue.
3.3. The Manufacturer will assess the validity of the warranty claim and, if approved, will repair or replace the defective parts or the entire Product, as deemed necessary by the Manufacturer.
4. Obligations of the Customer
4.1 The customer is responsible for properly installing, using, and maintaining the Product according to the provided user manual and guidelines.
4.2 Any alterations or modifications made to the Product by the customer or unauthorised personnel will void the warranty.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
5.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
5.2. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
6. Severability
6.1 If any provision of these warranty terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
